1. Data Controller

The data controller for personal data processed through the Klub.golf platform is Klaumark (business operating in Poland). For any data-protection enquiries, contact us at: hello@klub.golf.

2. What Data We Collect

  • Identity data: name, surname, email address for coach, parent, and junior accounts.
  • Player data: HCP, tournament results, competition history, squad assignment — synced from PZG.
  • Activity data: login logs, message reads, training and event RSVPs.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser (for security and diagnostics).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): operating the club account, managing the junior programme, communicating with families.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): platform security, fraud prevention, internal analytics.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): sending newsletters and marketing notifications — only where consent has been given.

4. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 12 months. Upon contract termination, data is anonymised or deleted on request, unless retention is required by law (e.g. accounting records — 5 years).

5. Data Sharing

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use sub-processors solely for infrastructure (hosting, authentication, email delivery) — each bound by a GDPR-compliant data-processing agreement. Full list of sub-processors available on request.

8. Changes to This Policy

Any material changes to this policy will be communicated with 30 days' notice by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
